Its discrete entrance through a classic residential alley in the Medina adds a touch of adventure to your stay. The rooms are colorful and unique, providing a comfortable and homely atmosphere. The rooftop terrace lacks the ambiance found in other Riads and may not be the ideal spot to unwind after a busy day.

We had a fantastic stay at this riad. The location was ideal, as it was very close to all the main sightseeings in this city. It was just a short walk to the main market square in the Old City of Marrakech. The hotel facilities were great, with a beautiful rooftop terrace where we could see the Atlas mountains. The cleanliness of the rooms was perfect, and the daily room service ensured that everything was kept fresh and tidy. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist us with any questions or requests. The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious, with a variety of options available. this hotel provided a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, tucked away down a secluded alley but still very close to the main square. Everything was within walking distance, making it truly convenient to explore the area. The service was top-notch, with attentive staff always ready to assist us. The room was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the amenities provided, such as the in-room safe and the terrace where we could relax. Plus, the spa and wellness center offered a great range of services, including massage and a Turkish bath, ensuring we had a truly relaxing stay.

Riad 11 Zitoune was excellent. Helpful staff, multilingual, great tips. Fine architecture, lovely terrace view, must-visit. Clean, organized rooms, excellent AC. Tasty breakfast, comfy beds, rooftop bonus, ideal location.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
